Too spicy and hot . Too much cayenne pepper and fire tomato sauce. I eliminated both. I decreased the chili powder to 2tsp and cumin to 3/4 tsp. Much better! I used regular tomato sauce. This was very good! I also substituted 1/4 cup of vegetable broth instead of oil.

The term is actually “adsorption” with a D in the context of activated charcoal. Charcoal works primarily by adsorbing substances, meaning toxins bind to its surface, rather than absorbing them into its structure. It’s a commonly mixed-up pair of terms, so easy mistake to make.

This recipe is high in fat and saturated fat . It also has a lot of sugar. Prefer Brenda Davis chia pudding in her Kick Diabetes cookbook on page 162. It does not have any sugar and a lot less fat grams.

The word is absorption, with a B, not a D. No way it's a typo because you used it so many times. If you're going to create posts about medicinal uses of things, you need to get your words right to earn credibility. I know this article is about eight years old now, but I hope someone has helped you out here since its publication.
